Breath 4 Change is a way to bring attention to how our emotions can alter our day, yet understand how we can in turn control or moderate our emotions.
This can be done through mindful moments. yoga or mindful movements, breathing exercises, meditation or journaling. Allowing space and time for you to return to you breath and better balance you body, mind and emotion. When you take the time to take care of ones self you allow space for that same person to be more open minded, creative and free to learn more. |
